I am in the tech and product management since more than 15 years and joined Berlin's tech movement in its early days.
In 2006 I joined VisageImaging, one of the first Berlin's tech startups, and a spin-off of the glorious Zuse Institute.
After few years I moved into Nokia Maps. Gate5 was the first startup with a solid exit in Berlin. Acquired by Nokia, it became Nokia Maps, which today is Here. In the following years I covered several product leadership roles at Populis, Bonial and Outfittery. In 2019 I moved into consulting and advisory
roles, supporting entrepreneurs and tech talents to grow their business. In 2020 I joined eBay to organise and lead the European product team.
My story evolves around few fundamental principles: learnings prepare your future, focus is on people, leadership over management, doing cool things is cool.
Last, but not least, I hold a PhD at the
Max Planck Institute for Meteorology, I speak five languages and love kitesurfing, wines and performance sports like triathlon and marathons.
And yes, I am Italian, and German too.
